Ingredients:
1-3 soy steak
Oil
Sweet, smoked and spicy paprika
Salt
Pepper
Garlic cloves
Onion
Red pepper
Mushrooms
Preparation:
1. Cook the soy steak in boiling water for 30 min with salt, pepper, paprika, slices of
onion and a few cloves of garlic until they are soft
2. Take the soy steak off the pan and let them chill
3. Squeeze out excess water by placing between 2 plates or by using a rolling pin
4. Slice the soy steaks into squares
5. Fry them in the oiled pan, while adding the same spices from before, together
with slices of red pepper, onion, and mushrooms
6. Add to rice and black beans and roll together into a Mexican tortilla.
