Ingredients:
3 soy steaks
Oil
Onion
5 mushrooms
Soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce
Date syrup
Minced garlic
Sweet chili sauce
Sweet and smoked paprika
Spicy paprika – optional
Preparation:
1. Cook the soy steaks in boiling water for 30 minutes until they are soft
2. Take the soy steaks off the pan and let them chill
3. Squeeze out excess water by placing between 2 plates or by using a rolling pin
4. Mix the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, date syrup, minced garlic, oil, sweet chili
sauce, sweet and smoked paprika, and spicy paprika
5. Soak the soy steaks into the marinade together with slices of mushrooms and
onions overnight
6. When ready, fry in an oiled frying pan.
